Brief Description:  Left tank

I never new the tank lid and baffle rivets were 5/32, I had to redrill all the holes out from 1/8 to 5/32. Poured the tank sealer in the tank, only used a little and swished it in all the cracks, it hardens like a rubber membrain and should work great. Installed the baffle with the 5/32 closed end rivets, they were hard to install and jam in the holes, used loctite 5900 to seal the baffle holes. Drilled the filler cap hole out and used the de-burring tool to open it up to perfict size so the cap just fits inside, used 1/8 rivets to hold it in place as the 5/32 ones I thought were to large to fit in the small space on the sholder of the cap insert. It looks nice and cleen this way and should work well. Put loctite 5900 on the tank edge and installed the lid and riveted in place. installed the rest of the fuel fittings and let it sit while I worked on the fuel cap vent pipe. Drilled out the fuel cap to 1/4" and inserted a piece of steel line bent on an angle foward facing. I'll need to find a way to seel it though.
