Trying to sort out placement issues with B-31, not sure what the tab is on the back for. the plans show it going under B-33,34,35. E-mail from Tony Watkins says it doesn't matter if you put it on the top or bottom and you can cut off the tab. Make sure you offset 2mm to the left to compensate for prop torque.
