Dry fit cowling mount brace, and trimmed where required. Trimmed out engine mount area for washer clearance. Prepped and cleaned both surfaces. wet out both surfaces with resin. Built up flox/resin mixture on cowl brace. Installed on firewall, Drilled and Kleekoed until cured. Applied thin layer of flox mixture to the gap to make smooth transition. 2 bid carbon fiber lay-up to be installed at the transition once cured.
