Brief Description: Finished the Pitot heat instalation
Since the Rotax 912is engine that I am planning to install has two alternators for 46 amps total. There should be enough power for a heated pitot probe. I purchased and installed the Dynon Probe and installed the heater control box on the leading edge rib forward of the fuel tank. The Probe installs on the access door cover just outboard of the rib. There is another door in the bay inboard of the rib, which should provide adequate access for maintance.
