Fabricated the underwing torque angle from raw stock. I first bent the 'L' angle to the contour of the wing by bending it in a vise, then I joggled the forward and aft steps, again in the vise with the joggle tool used for the fuselage longerons. and Finals trimed the free standing leg profile with the band saw and put corner radius's in the skin leg with the belt sander. I used a hole finder to drill the blind matching holes in the leading and trailing edge attachment holes. I seemed to go well.
