To check on the trim tab hinge position of the horizontal stabilator, I started construction of the tab. Clecoed the tab together and drilled to full size. The rivets through the spacers in the center hinge rib are a tight fit, so I un-bent the rib, then riveted the two ribs together and bent the rib flange back. This seemed to work well.
