Made up this piano hinge pin bending jig. It is first used to put a 90 degree bend in the wire. Then the streight part of the hinge is fed thru a small hole in the handle and a 90 degree out of plane bend is put in the wire. the wire is then trimed to size. There is two ends to the jig, the end used depends on the direction of the final bend. It works great.
