The Rans S-19 Venterra is a all-metal low-wing single engine airplane with a sliding bubble canopy. It is designed to the Light Sport Aircraft Rules and may be able to be certified as such, but I plan on certifying it to the Experimental Amateur Built Rules, because of the increased flexibility available for design modification under this rule. The airplane has a 128 mph cruise speed at 75% power a 900 fpm rate of climb and a 45 mph flaps down stall speed. Full features of the airplane can be seen at http://www.rans.com/_KITS/ModelsPages/S-19.htm A very useful builders group is at http://www.ransclan.com
