To form a prepreg, I cut the three plies of fabric using the aluminum skin as a template, placed them on a sheet of plastic poured the resin on the glass frabic put a sheet of plastic over that and squeegeed out the resin. then cut the laminate to size (1" excess), peeled the plastic sheet off and laid it on the layup table. Seperator over that, breather over that, some old rags for a vacuum path to the vacuum tube and baged over that. I cured the laminate for 2 hours under vacuume, and 6 hrs at room pressure.
