Mistakenly drilled #40 the aileron mass balance arm without the shim between the arm and adjacent rib. This mis positioned the hole slightly in the arm. jigged up the arm in the drill press and pulled the hole slightly while drilling full size to #30. Then match drilled the rib.This worked fine the holes fit perfectly.
