Brief Description: Bulkhead 5

Spent this week working on bulkhead #5, "honed" out the stabilator trim bellcrank bushings with emory cloth wraped around a drill bit. slowly built op the diameter of the "hone" with tape wraped under the emory cloth. Seemed to work OK.
