Made a see through template for drilling the top skin out of sheets of overhead projector transparency film. Layed out about a 3 by 10 grid of film on the worktable and then taped them all together with clear packing tape. Works good. No stretch or anything.
Layed the template out over the exposed skeleton, taped it down good and made some alighment marks and then layed out the rivet pattern on the transparency.
