Did a rough layout of the skin on the stabilizer skeleton and secured it temporarily with duct tape and laid out a rivet pattern for bottom skinning. Removed skin and pilot drilled holes. Reset on marks and drilled through skin into ribs and clecoed.
Close tolerances on edge distant for skin attach on rear spar and center channel. The layout was slightly off or something. OK, though. May put second row of rivets in skin in between first rivets.
Disassembled skin and skeleton, deburred and cleaned and primed ribs and rivet line on skin.
