Finished drilling remaining holes in through spar and doublers. Disassembled and deburred all the holes then primed the parts. Riveted doublers to spar. Went to Home Depot, Lowes and finally Sears looking for 1/4 inch roundover router bit for making an MDF form I can stick in the small bending brake for bending thicker stock.
