Deburred and riveted second baffle in assembly. Took some pix for the log.
Then just did some genreral design on the tank and how the next one can be assembled even easier. Started toying with how and when I'll install the vent. Looks like it will go in after the tank is welded, which is what I'd prefer because that will allow for after the fact maintenance.
Also thinking about using another bulkhead fitting for the fule outlet which would eliminate another problematic fitting weld, and still be maintainable, leaving me with just the drain fitting weld and the seam welds.
