Did some rethinking about some of the .187 rivets I set in the main spar that seemed to fairly hard to set. Actually the good one are about .274 (.008 shy of spec). I may be able to just go back and hit the one's I'm not happy with a little more. Tried to get some info on work hardened rivets on Matronics. Decent guys gave me some good advice. We'll see what the word is. My main concern is work hardening if I try 'finish them off' and wind up overdoing it.
Pretty good one. .274 Average was about .262. Calls for .282
Not so good. .250
Head profile of set rivets. They look pretty good.
