Brief Description:  Solid riveted right main spar

Solid riveted right main spar minus the holes for the full length hat stiffeners and full length nose rib angles.

Spring setup worked excellent! Only two bad rivets out of 150+. Much better results than when I set rivets in center spar with it held upright and bucking bar in vise.

Had a hard time setting AN6 rivets. First off, I didn't have a rivet gun nose that size, and Geoff (who I borrowed the riveter from) didn't have that rivet gun nose; he never needed to set any rivets that size. Took a ride to Home Depot to see if they had anything generic. No dice. Bought a set of air hammer chisels thinking I could make something up on the lathe. The metal was WAY to hard to machine. I instead used a piece of fairly hard round stock lying around and used the AN6 rivet head I bought for a squeezer and fitted that to the stock. Worked fine, except I found it took a lot of force to set AN6 rivets. Tried borrowing my sister and her husband's air hammer thinking maybe it was the hammer. That was even worse. Did a quick lookup on line and reeducated myself about the head only needing to be 1.5 times shank diameter, not 2 times. With that knowledge it was obvious I was actually pretty close to the parameters called for so I stuck with the original setup and just leaned into it more.
