Seeing as how I don't have enough .032 sheet to make the spar cap angles I decided to use .040 sheet for the cap angles. First try in bending brake was with a 192cm (about 6' 3") piece. Came out rather bowed. Figured I'd try drilling it with cap clamped down over angle. Still had slight bow in spar due to bowed cap angle. Tried making a brake brake out a piano hinge and some particle board. Tested on a short piece and worked OK but the long piece just overwhelmed it, which is kind of odd because I figured if the piano hinge could handle it through a short length then it should handle it over a longer length due to the fact that it's handling the smae amount of stress per linear inch. May try neighbors siding brake tomorrow.
