Talk with Geoff about rear spar. Makes sense to make spar to fit ribs. Only off by 2mm. No boggy. Better that it lines up correctly.
Made outboard rear spar. Turns out after I set up the two halfs on the table and made the splice and drilled everything I did a mirror image and actually made the left wing rear spar. Duh. Good thing I didn't drill the aileron hole. Primed the parts and put them away for later use.
Started making right rear spar. Major PIA cutting even .025 with Olfa/laminate knife. MAybe I'm just tired of that process. Too friggin' slow and stressful on the forearm. Got ge a better way. Took and trip to Depot looking for some other solution. Wound up buying new laminate cutting blades and pressed on. Still wound up using snips where the piece didn't want to break cleanly.
