Made a test bend for rear spar. Then made inboard 6' of rear right spar.
Note: in big brake, measured 18mm flange then bent 90 degrees giving about a 21mm flange. Then measured 103.5mm from back of first flange. Resulted in about a 104.5mm web. Calls for 106mm but after sizing up ribs to spar, 104 - 105mm looks better. The slight 'off' came from the fact that routering the 12 degree in cut rib form actually takes off about .88mm all the way around, resulting in the form being almost 2mm undersized.
