Cut spar caps and though about how to deal with alignment of webs now that I’ve already flared the holes.
Met with Geoff. Gave me a nice pare of dial calipers good to .0001”. Gave me some more pointers on the lathe (parting tools and how best to use the side to side traveler for making precision faces) and made up a list of tools and stuff I should have in the shop. drills, reamers etc..
Finished making all spacers with center drilled ¼” holes and all to exactly .540” (13.7mm).
