Fabricated channels for right wing rear spar. Made of two sections with a splice. Inboard spar is 1830mm, outboard spar 1695mm, splice, 360mm. 90 degree angle on top, 72 acute angle on bottom. Spars measure 103.5mm outside, splice is 102mm outside and fits snugly inside two spar channels with no significant gaps. Spars were bend 90 degree angle first, then measured exact distance needed from back of 90 degree angle using a scrap angle butted up behind it. With setback in brake accounted for the bend comes out exactly the width needed in the big bending brake.
