Clecoed the counterbaance rib to R1002 and final drilled the holes.
Assembled R1003A and R1003B and final drilled the holes common between the two parts. Then attached to the spar and drilled common holes again.
Deburred the skin edges (R1001) and attached to the assembled skeleton. Took the VA-140 piece and attached it to the trailing edge. Marked the edges where they protruded beyond the skin and cut down and sanded smooth (also deburred the edge). Then attached the other skin and began final drilling the common holes (except for the B stiffner).
