Clecoed and drilled the bottom rib (R1004A & B) common holes with #30 drill.
Finished all edges of the Rudder Horn (R1005), final drilled and CSK holes as directed.
Clecoed R1005 to the botto rib. Clamped the parts as directed and match drilled the six holes, clecoed the four outer holes together and removed the clecos on the front of the horn.
Deburred R-1002 spar, and clecoed to R1005 along with the striker plates (R-1007A) as directed. Final drilled all common holes and CSK holes on the striker plates.
Assembled the R1015A stiffners with the shear clip R1010A. Final drilled the holes. Continued the process for B - G, but realized that I had cut my R1015B-R stiffner to the length of R1015C-R. The -L part was good. Ordered a new stiffner.
Assembled the rudder, but have not final drilled the holes yet because of the B stiffner issue.
