Mixed some PRC sealant that was expired in the shop (free!). Placed it on the trailing edge. Placed other rudder skin on top, and with Peter's help rolled it out into place while blind riveting the stiffners together. Made sure that the final orientation had the 1003B ON TOP of the 1003A.
Placed clecos all along the trailing edge, put a 2.5" piece of wood agains the clecos with weight on top. Left to cure for a while; likely come back to the rudder next week.
