Pg. 16-2 Step 1: Final drilled the #30 holes in the Mount Plate and Keeper Plate. Machine Counter sunk holes in Mount Plate for #4 screw. Step 2: Final drilled and countersunk the #19 hole in the Mount Plate and Keeper Plate for the #8 screw. Step 3: Deburred the holes and edges. Step 4: Assembled the Stall Warning Assy. Step 5: Removed bending tabs from Terminal Brackets. Deburred the holes and edges. Step 6: Trimmed and match drilled the #40 holes in two PS UMHW blocks using the drill template. Final drilled the #30 and #19 holes in the blocks. Step 7: Riveted the Terminal Blocks to the outside of the Terminal Brackets. Pg. 16-3 Step 2: Installed the Stall Warning Assy. Using 5 thin washers inbd of the Microswitch and 4 outbd. These were the washers provided in the kit. Step 3: Clecoed the Mid Wing Skin over the Nose Ribs. Step 4: Adjusted the Sall Warning Assy. to activate with minimum movement. The arm on the microswitch was bent down slightly to acheive the adjustment. Step 4:
