Continued Deburring Nose Rib and Main Ribs. Cleaning up the nooks and crannies take a lot of time. I'm using a set of small files on these areas. The remaining edges were being deburred using 2", 3M wheels, however they tended to get deep grooves cut in them. I changed to fine grit sanding drums and flapper wheels on my Dremel Tool. These too get grooved, but are cheaper to replace and are available at the local hardware store. Pg. 15-2 Step 2: Trimmed off the aft flange from 13 of the W-1208-L Nose Ribs. Step 3: Trimmed off the upper and lower forward flanges from 5 of the previous 13 Ribs. Pg. 15-3 Step 2: Trimmed the forward flange from 6, W-1210-L Main Ribs. Step 3: Trimmed the fwd flange on 13, W-1210-R Main Ribs.
