Pg. 32-09 Step 4: With the aid of Dave and Russ we attemted to install the right wing. After much difficulty trying to engage the pins we took the wing off and returned it to the rack. I discovered the torque tubes were being pushed in and could not maintain flush at the inboard end. Upon removal it was discovered that there was a burr on the outboard end of the tube as well as a layer of powder coat inside the tube. The .063" spacers were too tight. I proceeded to do some filing and sanding to relieve these areas.
