Clecoed and drilled Upper and Lower Horn. Final drilled Counterbalance Bracket holes. Matchdrilled holes between Counterbalance Arm and Counterbalance Brackets. Deburred all holes. Riveted nutplate to Hinge Brackets. Fabricated four Hinge Stops. Separated and deburred Rib Clips.
