Pg. 24-03 Step 1: Bolted the Roll Bar Bases to the Roll Bar Attach Plates. Step 2: Clecoed the Roll Bar Assy. to the front face of the Roll Bar Bases. Clecoed the Support Frames to the Roll Bar Assy and Canopy Decks. Step 3: Match-drilled #30 the holes in the sides of the Roll Bar Assy into the Roll Bar Bases. Step 4: Deburred the Roll Bar Assy and Roll Bar Bases. Step 5: Riveted the The Roll Bar Assy to the Roll Bar Bases. Pg. 24-05 Step 2: Though fluting is called for on the three long flanges of each side of the baggage bulkhead, they didn't appear to require any fluting. Step 3: Completed dimpling, clecoing and riveting all the nutplates on the Baggage Bulkhead. Riveted the Baggage Bulkhead Channels to the Baggage Bulkhead and Baggage Floor. Pg. 24-06 Step 3: Clecoed and riveted the F-1207J Attach Angles to the Rt. Baggage Bulkhead and Baggage Floor.
