Pg. 34-03 Step 3: Since the aft end of the Gas Struts were not attached, the Canopy Frame was in the closed position. Checked for proper position of the Canopy Frame forward bow. Verified the forward arms of the Canopy Frame do not catch on the Upper Forward Fuselage Skin. Step 4: Placed the four C-1211 Alignment Blocks between the Canopy Frame and the Roll Bar Assembly. Held the blocks in place with the recommended large spring clamps. Canopy Frame was bowed out slightly. Adjusted with a heavy soft hammer and a cargo strap.
