Finished Deburring the WD-1219 Canopy Frame. Pg 34-02 Step 2: Machine countersunk the two hole in the forward end of the frame for the #10 flush screws. I used a deburring tool mounted in my electric drill. Match-drilled the holes in the Canopy Frame, then deburred and riveted the holes with LP 4-3 rivets. Filed the weld in the bow to less than 1/32". Attached the C-1216 Gas Struts to the Canopy Frame. Trimmed the ends of the Gas Strut attach screws.
