Section 29 Deburred Map Box & Door. Fit up the Map Box Door using double sided Scotch Tape so the door easily adjusted before drilling. Positioned the Box side hinge with two-sided tape centered in the Box opening and the tips of the hinge eyelets flush with the panel surface, then put the hinge haves together with the pin and placed the door on top of the tape coated door hinge half and centered on the opening. The door was butted up against Panel surface slightly less than perpendicular to surface ~80 deg. The door barely covers the opening, so centering was important. When satified with the fit, assured that the hinge halves were secured, the pin was carefully removed so the holes could be drilled.
Deburred the F-12125 Over Rudder Wireway. Fabricated the F-12125C Wireway Bracket from scrap 0.025 X 3/4 X 3/4 X 4 1/2 angle. Contacted Van's Support about an alternate to the F-12125B Foam strips.
