Deburred the F-1211 Fuel Neck. Pg 37-05 Step 9: Placed a large rag in the bottom of the Fuel Tank. Clecoed the Top Tank Skin to the Fuel Tank Assy. Step 10: Laidout and Drilled #30 the hole indicated in the plans into the Flange. Step 11: Installed the Fuel Neck Collar between the Fuel Neck and the Flange. Pg 37-06 Step 3: Match-drilled #30 the holes from the F-1277-R Fwd Turtle Deck Skin into the Fuel Neck flange and clecoed. Traced the edge of the F-1204B Flange to the Top Tank Skin. Assisted centering by installing the Fuel Cap into the Fuel Neck. Diassembled the Filler Neck Assy and removed the Fuel tank. Step 4: Placed the Flange on the Top Tank Skin within the circle previously traced. Match-drilled #30 the holes from the Flange into the Top Tank Skin and clecoed. Traced the inside of the flange onto the Top Tank Skin. Marked the position of the flange and removed from the tank. Step 5: Cut out the material in the inner circle from the Top Tank Skin. Started with a #30 hole; expanded it with a 3/4" unibit, then a Dremel cutting bit and finished with a file.
