Deburred the T-1204B Flange. Pg. 37-06 Step 1: Temporarily bolted the Fuel Tank to the Center Section Assy. and Attach Angle. Step 2: Centered the Filler Neck Assy on the skin fuel opening for best fit. Used a soft face heavy hammer to bend the flanges to obtain a contour which gave the best fit. Had to adjust the length such that the filler tube was about 1/16" from the Flange neck.
