Step 12: Pressed the VA-110 Flap Knob onto the end of the Fork Assy, then slid the VA-114 Compression Spring and Fork Assy into the Flap Handle.
Pg. 32-08
Step 1: Inserted the Flap Detent Bracket through the Flap Handle and Flap Handle Forks.
Step 2: Made 0.025" shims from scrap and placed them between the Detent Bracket Assy and the Seat Floors, then screwed the Detent Bracket Assy down.
Step 3: With the Fork Assy engaged in the Flap Detent Bracket, trimmed the Flap Handle Tube to make the Flap Knob flush with the end of the Flap Handle. Will have to do the step over after I recieve a new Flap Handle Tube as I trimmed to much material, do to the fact that I DIDN'T HAVE THE FLAP HANDLE ASSY SECURED TO THE SEAT RIBS
Step 9: Scuffed the mating surfaces, then epoxied the Spacers to the Flaperon Torque Tubes. Used a 1/8" thick piece aluminum to hold the Spacers in place, the riveted them to the Flaperon Torque Tubes
