Step 5: Routed the PTT- P and PTT- CP Push-To-Talk Harnesses through the Seat Rib snap bushings inboard of the Control Sticks.
Step 6: Stripped the ends of each F83 PTT Ground Wire and crimped on ring terminals.
Step 7: On the left side of the aircraft I connected the F83 and B183 ring terminals to the inboard Seat Rib.
Step 8: On the right side of the aircraft I connected the F83, B183 and B54 ring terminals to the inboard Seat Rib.
Step 9: Routed the F66 and F67 P and CP Push-To-Talk Transmit Wires forward through the snap bushings in the F-1203A and F-1202F Bulkheads, Fuel Flow cushioned clamp, up the firewall and over the Rudder Pedals, through the Panel Base, through the lower snap bushing of the Lt Instr Stack Support and through the cushioned clamp near the CPU FAN.

Step 2: Separated the F58 (WHT/ORG), F59 (WHT/YEL) F60 (WHT/BLK) wires from the TUNNEL Harness and slipped them through the ES HST 3/16 X 2" Heat Shrink. Inserted the pins into the ES-205203-3 9-Pin D-Sub Female connector according to the plan diagram. Assured each wire was snapped in place.
Step 3: Slid the Heat Shrink close to where the wires exit the 9 PIN BSHELL Female Backshell and activated the heat shrink with a heat gun.
Then installed the backshell on the 9-Pin D-Sub Female Connector.
