Brief Description:  Fuse Wiring Harness

Pg 31-06
Step 4: Temporarily set up a test circuit using the Autopilot Disconnect swtch/light and my 12 V. drill battery. Connected the red wire to the positive side of the battery and the short black wire to one of the left Reed Switch wires. Then connected the remaining Reed Switch wire to the fuselage. Inserted the Left Fuselage Pin Assy into place and connected the ground terminal of the battery to the fuselage. At that point the light should have illuminated, but did not. Will have to trim the WD-1217 Tube in 1/32" increments up to 1/8" until the light comes on when the pin is engaged.
Step 5: Made the 42" B167 Spar Pin Interconnect Wire from 22 gauge stock and stripped both ends. Crimped the wire to the wire from the right Reed Switch, then routed the wire through conduit to the left side. Left that end and the F-50 Spar Pin Wire disconnected until both Reed Switch operate properly.

Step 2: Routed the WH-RV12-Optional harness through the cushion clamp near the left CPU FAN then through the lower snap bushing of the L Inst Stack Support. Separated the 22" L80 (YEL/PRP) and L82 (YEL/GRN) wires from the harness.
Step 3: Routed the remaining OPTIONAL harness through the aft snap bushing in the Panel Base. Taped the harness down leaving 31 1/2" above the Panel Base. Since there is no autopilot being installed at this time, did not complete steps 4-7.
Pg 31-08
Step 1: Drilled #30 the pilot hole for the outside air tgemperature probe. Used a unibit to increase the size to 3/8"
