Pg 30-02 Step 1: Tapped the holes in the WD-1217C Fuselage Pin Stoppers. Step 2: Inserted the ES RS 49496 Magnets into the Fuselage Pin Stoppers the filled the rest with epoxy and let set up over night. Step 3: Cut two pieces of 1/4 inch tubing and inserted each into the aluminum bushings. Step 4: Threaded the required screws into the plastic tubes and bushings until they were in contact with the head of the screws. Step 5: Installed the SPRING .42 X 4.94 COMPs and Fuselage Pin Stoppers into the Fuselage Pins, then threaded the screw assys into the Fuselage Pin Stoppers. Will apply Locktite to the screw threads after testing of the reed switches. Pg 31-06 Step 1: Installed snap bushings in the F-1204C-L&R Fwd bulkhead side and F-1204B-L&R Aft bulkhead Side. Step 2: Trimmed one of the wires on one of the ES RS 49-496 Reed Switches 4 1/2 inches. Stripped the wires on both switches and crimped a ring connector to the 4 1/2 wire. Step 3: Attached the Reed Switches with cushion clamps to the Arm Rests. Connected the ring terminal to ground. Aligned the inboard face of the switches with the surface of the Arm Rests. Routed the remaining wires through Bulkhead Sides and crimped on butt splices.
