Step 5: Routed WH-RV12-SL-ANT and WH-RV12-TX-ANT through the fwd hole in the Panel Base, into the Tunnel, through the fuel flow cushioned clamp. Continued routing WH-RV12-SL-ANT through the snap bushings in the F- 1202F and F-1203A Bulkheads and F-1204 Center Section Assy.
Step 6: Routed the ES RS 279-374 Phone Cable through the right end of the Wire Conduit, down the wire run hole, forward along the WH-RV12-SL-ANT and through the F-1202K-R Inst Stack Support. Left 16" at the Center Section.
Pg 31-04
Step 1: Separated the P-32 and P-33 Fan Power Wires from the WH-RV12- TUNNEL harness.
Step 2: Routed the TUNNEL harness and P-33 wire through the lower snap bushing in the L Inst Stack Support.
Step 3: Routed the TUNNEL harness though the fwd snap bushing in the Panel Base leaving 28 1/2" above the Panel Base. Taped the harness to maintain position.
Step 4: Routed the P-33 Fan Power Wire through the lower snap bushing in the R Inst Stack Support.
Step 5: Stripped the wire ends of the black and red ES CPU FAN wires. Crimped ring terminals to the black wires.
Step 6: Installed the ES CPU FANs with the left fan blowing up and the right fan blowing down. Place the ground ring terminal under the head of one of the mounting screws.
Step 7: Stripped the ends of the P-32 and P-33 Fan Power Wires and connected them to the red wires using butt splices.
Step 8: Added a cushion clamp to support the TUNNEL harness just aft of the L CPU FAN.
Step 9: Routed the TUNNEL harness through the fuel flow cushion clamp.
