Step 2: With a toothpick, coated the underside of the screw heads before inserting into the tank. Used a pair of small vice grips to lightly hold the screws.
Step 3: Inserted the two screws as indicated and tipped the tank on it's side to hold them in place.
Step 4: Applied a thin coat of sealant on the perimeter of one side of the window using a tongue depresser cut down to 1/2" width with a square end.
Step 5: Applied a thin layer of sealant to the flanges of the Backing Plate using the same tool. Placed onto the backside of the window and then place the assy onto the two screws.
Step 6: After uprighting the tank, inserted the remaining screws using the needle nose vice grips.
Step 7: Installed the washers and nuts finger tight using a nut driver held by the shaft. Four washers were used per screw.
