Pg. 37-02 Step 5: Riveted the nutplate, Ring and Fwd Tank Bulkhead together using Tank sealant between the Ring and Bulkhead. Determined later this was not necessary as the Res Sender Plate provides the seal. Step 9: Riveted the VA-210 Fuel Flange, Main Tank Skin to the Fwd Bulkheads Assy using tank seal at seams and on the rivets. Step 11: Riveted the Fwd Tank Bracket to the Fwd Tank Assy. using tank seal on all seams and rivets. Rivet mandrels broke off leaving a 1"+ stub on AD42H rivets. Will cut off when tank seal cures.
