Section 31 Deburred the F-1270B-L&R Fuse Side Cover. Pg. 31-02 Step 4: Riveted the F-1270C Assys to the Fuse Side Covers. Step 5: Temporarily attached the F-1270B Assys to the Fuse Side Skins. Step 6: Modified the hole in the AN931-6-16 Grommet using a 1/2 socket. Unable to cut the hole using the vice. Used a 3# hammer to strike the socket with the grommet placed on the anvil of the vice. Pg. 31-03 Step 1: Installed the modified grommet in the Firewall Upper. Step 2: Selected the 36 lenght of DUCT 5/8 to make the Wire Run Conduit. Cut a 7/16 dia hole, offset about an inch, into the side of the conduit. Smoothed the edges of the hole with a soldering iron. Added three strings for pulling wires as indicated in the plans.
