Pg. 29-04 Step 5: Countersunk the nutplate rivet holes for the Canopy Rib Flanges and Inst. Stack Angles. Dimpled the rivet holes for the D4 rivets in the Canopy Ribs and all fastener holes with flush screws. Countersunk the D4 rivet holes in the Canopy Attach Doublers. Step 6: Clecoed the Canopy Attach Doublers and Strut Attach Angles to the Canopy Ribs. Final-drilled 1/4 the screw holes in the Canopy Attach Doublers and Canopy Ribs having K-1000-4 nutplates. Deburred, clecoed and riveted the Canopy Attach Doublers and Strut Attach Angles to the Canopy Ribs except along the bottom flange. Riveted all nutplates.
