Pg.26-02 Step 7: Removed the hinge pins from AN257-P2 hinge material and set the pins aside. Step 8: From the hinge halves made, Fwd and Aft Seatback Brace Hinges for each Seatback. Step 9: Drilled #30 holes at designated location in each hinge half. Step 10: Clecoed the locator hole in the Aft Seatback Hinges to the Seatback Braces. Clamped the hinges so they were parallel to the Seatback Braces. Step 11: Match-drilled #30 the holes from the Seatback Braces into the Hinges. Deburred and reclecoed. Step 12: Clecoed the locating holes in the F-1237H Seatback Hinges to the Lower Seatback Angle. Clamped the hinges parallel to the edge of the Lower Seatback Angle. Step 13: Match-drilled #30 the holes from the Lower Seatback Angle into the hinges. Deburred and reclecoed.
