Step 1: Slid the nut and sleeve over each plastic tube, locating the sleeve 1/8 from the end.
Step 2: Pressed insert into the end of the tube as far as it would go. Verified the sleeve had not moved.
Step 3: Put the end of the assy in boiling water a couple of minutes. had the cover over the pot to increase temperature slightly. Pressed the insert in the rest of the way. I used a rubber jar top remover to hold the hot tube and pressed against a piece wood strapping in my other hand.
Step 5: Assembled the Cross-Over Brake Lines to their corresponding elbows.

Step 1: Installed the nuts on the aft end of the Main Brake Lines, then routed the lines fwd through the snap bushings and system blocks the location of the Rudder Pedal Assy for later attachment.
Step 2: Installed nuts on the fwd of the Main Brake Lines.
Step 3: Marked the brake lines for location securing clamp.
Step 4: Secured the brake lines to the Tunnel Rib.
Step 5: Brake Lines will be attached to master cylinders when the Rudder Pedal Assy is installed.

Step 1: Installed nuts on end of the Reservior Brake Lines.
Step 2: Secured the Reservior Brake Lines to the upper elbows of both master cylinders. The other ends will be attached later.
