Step 1: Split apart the Inbd and Outbd Rudder Pedal Blocks on the band saw. Marked the blocks to maintain match and orientation.
Step 2: Clamped the Rudder Pedals with the Rudder Pedal Blocks. The heads of the bolts were down to allow the Rudder Pedal assy to sit flush on the bench surface.
Step 3: Slid the WD-1211-L&R Torque tubes into the left side of the Rudder Pedal Assy.
Step 4: Clamped the Rudder Pedal Assy To the work bench. Inserted one of the remaining Torque Tubes through the right rudder pedals to lock the Rudder Pedal Assy in place.
Step 5: Attached the BRAKE MAST CYL RIGHT-1 & LEFT-1 to the Rudder Pedals and Brake Pedal Torque Tubes.
Step 6: Slid the Brake Pedals over the Brake Pedal Torque Tubes and against the Rudder Pedals. Verified the Brake Pedals were vertical and clamped the Brake Pedals to the Rudder Pedals.

Step 1: Match-drilled #30 the holes in both Brake Pedals into the Brake Pedal Torque Tubes and clecoed the holes. Then match-drilled the opposite holes.
Step 2: Drilled #12 through the #30 holes, then final-drilled 1/4 completely through the #12 holes.
Step 3: Removed the Brake Pedals and Torque Tubes. Marked them to match the parts.
Step 4: Repeated the process for the Rudder Pedals on the opposite end.
Note: In image 1 the Brake Pedals were installed backwards. Check the orientation before drilling.
