Pg. 28-05 Step 5: Made the 13 3/16 Fuel Line Valve - Floscan. Inserted nut, sleeve and flared the valve end of the line. Utilizing the template, added two bends to the line. Inserted the line through the snap bushing in the F-1202F Bulkhead. Added the nut, sleeve and flared the floscan end of the line. Attached the fuel line to the FLO-SCAN and Fuel Valve. Pg. 28-06 Step 2: Made the 37 1/2 Fuel Return Line Aft. Added fittings and flared the tank end of the line. Step 3: Bent the fuel return line into shape using the template and dimensions given Step 4: Added a bend after the Fuel Pump. Inserted the fittings and flared end. Attached the line to the bulkhead fitting. Step 5: Made six 3/4 inch pads from EA HOSE H175. Slit pads and added to lines at designated locations. Clamped fuel lines together at pads. Step 6: Made 71 1/4 Fuel Return Line Fwd. Added fittings and flared the fwd end of the line. Step 7: Made a 90 degree bend 14 1/4 from the fwd end of the line. Made bends to align the return line with the firewall clamp and the hole in the Firewall Shelf. Step 8: Fed the Fuel Return Line through the snap bushings to the fitting on the F-1204D Center Section Bulkhead. Formed the line to fit into the System Blocks. Step 9: Fed the line through the center access hole in the Bottom Skin.
