Pg 23-02 Step 1: Cut the F-1255-L&R Longerons to 82 3/8" from the AA6-125X3/4X3/4 angle. Step 2: Marked the various task locations on the longerons. Step 3: opened the angle of the lt. longeron from the start to the end of the twist & open line. Placed the cut off end of the longeron on the vertex of the longeron which was placed on the anvil of my vice and used a 48oz. hammer to beat on the sacrificial angle to open the angle to 95.4 degrees. Step 4: Started the curving operation of the Lt. Longeron. Produced the curve by placing the angle in my vice and pulling on free end. Advanced the angle in small increments between pulls and used the template check the curve.
