Deburred and primed two F-12118 Cowl Attach Plates.

Step 6: Completed riveting the Tunnel Ribs, Fwd Fuse Skin, Firewall Bottom and Fwd Fuse Corner Skins to form the Fwd Lwr Fuse Assembly.
Step 8: Riveted the Cooler Stiffener and nutplates to the Firewall Bottom.
Step 9: Riveted nutplates to the Tunnel Ribs and Fwd Fuse Skin. Riveted nutplates to the Firewall Bottom and Fwd Fuse Skin.
Step 11: Centered the Firewall Spacers to there locations on the Fwd Lwr Fuse Assy. Clecoed the Cowl Attach Plates over the spacers using the existing hole and a clamp on the outbd edge.
Step 12: Match drilled #30 the holes from the Fwd Lwr Fuse Assy into the Firewall Spacers and Cowl Attach Plates. Machine Countersunk the nutplate attach hole in the Cowl Attach Plates.
Step 13: Riveted the nutplate on the fwd side of the Firwall Bottom at the "Return Line Clamp" location.
Step 14: Enlarged the hole between the gascolator attach holes to 9/16".
Used cross hair marks and a Unibit.

Step 6: Made the F-1201 Bracket.
Step 7: Drew centerline on fwd face of bracket.
Step 8: Placed the bracket against the F-1217A-R Tunnel Rib and Firewall Bottom dimples. Aligned the bracket with gascolator attach hole. Then match drilled the #40 nutplate attach holes into the bracket. Removed the bracket and machine countersunk the nutplate attach holes.
